ROBERT PEREIRA

Founder + Chief Executive Officer

Robert founded ARC Multifamily Group and is a real estate industry veteran with over 2 decades of investing and operating experience. In addition to managing capital and structuring deals, Robert has personally managed over $120+ million of construction and over $450 million of value-add residential real estate projects since 2008. Robert has led ARC Multifamily Group to acquire over 2,000 apartment units in the Southeast United States. He earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering (2002) at the University of Waterloo, and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance (2008) from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the UCI Paul Merage School of Business’ Center for Real Estate. Robert and his family reside in Newport Beach, California.

SHARRAN SRIVATSAA

Chairman

Sharran serves as chairman of the ARC Multifamily Group board, advising on strategy, risk management, and performance. Sharran is the President of Real Brokerage (NASDAQ: REAX), the fastest growing, publicly-traded real estate brokerage in the world. He is a respected thought-leadership resource for publications such as the Wall Street Journal, SUCCESS Magazine, Huffington Post and Forbes. Previously, Sharran led Teles Properties’ unprecedented 10x growth over 5 years and a 4-year consecutive streak on the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies list, resulting in its acquisition by national real estate powerhouse Douglas Elliman. Prior to Seles, Sharran worked at both Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, where he collaborated with management teams of fast-growing businesses around the country on investment advisory and corporate strategy. Sharran is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and MBS from Vanderbilt University. Sharran and his family reside in Orange County, California.

AMY MONTES

President

With a wealth of knowledge, Amy is a graduate of Whittier Law School and has always been recognized for her advocacy, passion and most importantly – her leadership abilities. Throughout her career, she has always operated under the lens of ‘every detail is worth a second look’ and this has leveraged Axia an early start on brand identity. With operations to the forefront, Amy leads with a servant’s heart and ensures Axia’s brand is known for its integrity and excellence.

MIKE BREWER

Chief Operating Officer

With three decades of experience in multifamily operations, Mike is passionate about fostering productive environments emphasizing data-driven decision-making and streamlined workflows. His expertise spans leadership, customer service, negotiation, marketing and advertising, social media, talent development, coaching, and mentoring. Guided by a commitment to excellence and innovation, Mike consistently delivers top-tier performance and drives profitable business outcomes.

TIM CRISMAN

Director of Investments

Tim brings 15+ years of acquisitions and property management experience to ARC. He has deep experience with underwriting and market analysis, combined with value-add asset management experience. Tim received his BA in real estate from Austin Peay State and leads the acquisitions team based out of Atlanta.

BRYAN GERSHKOWITZ

Chief Administrative Officer

Lawyer and executive team member with extensive in-house and private practice experience focused on real estate and dedicated to serving clients efficiently and effectively. Building strong relationships, working collaboratively, and providing clear, concise and practical guidance and solutions has been at the core of my success.

NATALIE VERA

Operations and Performance Manager

Natalie is a dedicated professional bringing nearly a decade of property management experience to the ARC team. Throughout her career, Natalie’s on-site experience cultivated her people-centered focus. In her current position, she is committed to fully supporting the ARC on-site teams focusing on creating a seamless living experience for all residents. Natalie is a proud alumnus of Kennesaw State University where she graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies.

DUGAN KELLEY

Legal Counsel

Dugan P. Kelley co-founded Kelley Clarke, PC with the mission to deliver big firm expertise and experience to the local community. Kelley Clarke currently serves clients throughout the United States with its principle offices in Prosper, Texas and Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Kelley chairs the firm’s securities and real estate practice group, assisting clients in all phases of multi-family, commercial, and residential acquisitions or sales. Throughout Mr. Kelley’s career, he has assisted clients in structuring real estate transactions in excess of $2 Billion. Currently, Mr. Kelley provides syndication and securities services for clients throughout the noted States, assisting clients in all phases of their acquisition and sale of commercial and residential real estate assets.

Director of Operations

Chris Berry is Direct of Operations at ARC Multifamily, a firm that invests in multifamily properties throughout the Southeast United States. Our objective is to help create wealth and planned passive income for you and your family for generations.

GABBY AYERS

Regional Operations Manager

With over 12 years of industry experience in the Southeast, Gabby’s ability to execute business plans comes from the wealth of knowledge she gained onsite. During her time with One Street Residential and Meridian, Gabby has managed a wide array asset-types, ranging from affordable, market, garden lease-ups and luxury high-rise. Gabby’s track record includes repositioning assets and stabilizations ahead of schedule. With a hands-on approach, Gabby visits her sites often in order to provide an extra hand when needed or just adding the value of developing Axia’s MVPs – the site team.

MARY STOPHER

People: Talent and Investment Relations

Fulfilling a core-value of being people-centered at Axia, Mary oversees the experiences for both internal and external customers – our associates and investors. With this approach, our associates create experiences for residents at each community to drive retention and reputation.
