Robert founded ARC Multifamily Group and is a real estate industry veteran with over 2 decades of investing and operating experience. In addition to managing capital and structuring deals, Robert has personally managed over $120+ million of construction and over $450 million of value-add residential real estate projects since 2008. Robert has led ARC Multifamily Group to acquire over 2,000 apartment units in the Southeast United States. He earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering (2002) at the University of Waterloo, and an MBA in Real Estate & Finance (2008) from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the UCI Paul Merage School of Business’ Center for Real Estate. Robert and his family reside in Newport Beach, California.

Amy sits on the Advisory Board of ARC Multifamily Group and is President of Axia Residential, ARC’s vertically integrated property management company. A licensed attorney with 17 years of experience, she sets the vision, and oversees Axia’s operations with legal and financial expertise, driving performance, enhancing resident experience, and supporting ARC’s long-term investment goals.
Neeti Nanda serves as an Advisor to ARC Multifamily Group, where she brings more than twenty years of experience helping organizations navigate large-scale transformations. Her background blends Industrial Engineering with an MBA from Vanderbilt University, giving her both analytical rigor and practical execution skills. Neeti has led initiatives ranging from high-level strategy design to building global shared service centers. At ARC, she advises on organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and scalable operations. Known for aligning people, processes, and performance, she helps strengthen ARC’s platform and supports long-term value creation for investors.

With a background in real estate investment and a focus on market opportunities, Sean drives ARC Multifamily Group’s acquisition and management strategies across the Southeastern U.S. Passionate about delivering long-term value, he leads transactions, underwriting, and portfolio optimization to support ARC’s growth objectives. He also oversees sourcing and execution of opportunistic assets, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to quality and community impact. A graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate, Sean’s leadership ensures consistent, high-performing results for investors and stakeholders.
Tim brings over 15 years of multifamily acquisitions and asset management experience to ARC Multifamily Group. Based in Atlanta, he leads ARC’s acquisitions strategy with a focus on sourcing, underwriting, and executing value-add opportunities across the Southeast. With a strong background in market analysis, operations, and business plan execution, Tim ensures each acquisition is aligned with ARC’s performance targets and investor return goals.
Natalie brings nearly a decade of property management experience to ARC, with a strong foundation in on-site operations, team support, and hands-on involvement in value-add initiatives, CapEx projects, and unit turns. Her people-first approach, shaped by real on-site experience, drives her commitment to empowering site teams and enhancing the overall resident experience.
