Most recently, he served as Principal & General Counsel at Red Clay Development Partners, where he successfully spearheaded initiatives to streamline acquisition and development and enhance organizational efficiency. His extensive real estate and business administration background positions him as a key asset to ARC Multifamily Group’s leadership team.

In his role as CAO, Gershkowitz will oversee the firm’s administrative functions, including human resources, legal and compliance, tax and accounting, information technology, investment management, and capital markets, while driving initiatives to support the company’s growth and commitment to delivering exceptional value to investors. Based in Atlanta, he will work closely with the executive team to ensure seamless operations across both offices and beyond.
